We hear a lot about family constellations these days, many therapists already work with this therapeutic technique that is already widespread throughout Brazil and is so present and accurate when it comes to results in redefining family issues and understanding ancestral burdens.

CONSTELLATION
SHAMANIC FAMILY

The Shamanic constellation integrates the elements of nature to represent the roles, just as the conduct of the therapy is all translated into the cleansing and release of traumas and emotional issues, as well as the rescue of fragments of ancestral souls lost throughout life.

To talk about constellations and how they unfold in a group or individual therapy session, I always like to remind the patient or client of the time when we played imitation, theater and interpretation. So to speak, when we are in a family constellation session (group), whether being “constellated” (client) or participating, what we see before us is a kind of theatrical play, where the client chooses the representations of their families to act on this stage. We call this stage the Morphogenetic Field. In it, the therapist (constellator) helps the client to position all the parts of the family in question and guides the choices, relating Father, Mother, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters.

HOW DOES THE CONSTELLATION WORK?

1.

The therapy session in practice is very simple. There is usually a preliminary interview between the constellation therapist and the client, in which the client tells a little about what he or she is going through in life. Whether it is family problems or not.

The therapist schedules a session with a group of random people who are unfamiliar with the client's life so that they can help with the representations.

In a group session, the client, together with the therapist, chooses the people who will represent their family members (in the case of family constellation) and positions them somewhere in the circle where they feel that person's place is.

4.

NOTE: It is worth remembering that this is an extremely sensitive therapy and does not have any type of religious incorporation or bias.

The therapist leads the representatives to start saying what they feel in that position and even though each representative doesn't know who they are, they talk about feelings and sensations.

NOTE: At this point, the magic happens and the morphogenetic field is explained. The client begins to see relationships between feelings and sensations and their relatives. Even if the person does not know the family history.

7.

The therapist begins to perceive the entanglements based on the discomforts of each representative and, with commands of release and forgiveness, begins to do the work of resignification between the familiar parts of the past, releasing the charge of dense energy in the person (client) who sought help.
